NAM models captured from a J. Rockett Archer Clean, featuring three distinct boost settings.
The Archer Clean is a highly flexible boost with a unique “Color” control that significantly shapes the midrange character. These captures highlight how different Color settings interact with output and treble to produce a range of usable tones for pushing the front end of an amp.
Boost 1 is a balanced, slightly mid-forward setting with the Color at 10 o’clock, offering a natural push with added presence and body.
Boost 2 shifts toward a leaner, brighter response, with the Color pulled back to 9 o’clock and treble increased, resulting in a tighter, more articulate boost with extra cut.
Boost 3 minimizes the Color control entirely, delivering a cleaner, more open boost with less mid coloration and a wider, more transparent feel.
